About Us

Potters by trade, Jon and Jan Brieger have been crafting pottery by hand and selling their work at Brieger Pottery on the square in Blanco, Texas since the mid '80's. Now, both the pottery shop and cafe are located in the building that originally housed the town’s hardware store, and Redbud Cafe opens onto the pottery shop – right next door.

Redbud Cafe features food made fresh daily using premium products, local and organic whenever possible. We also use filtered water in everything we make.

We proudly serve Blanco’s own Real Ale Brewing Company beers on tap, along with a number of other local and national bottled beers.  We also feature a handpicked selection of local wines by the bottle or by the glass! Stop by and enjoy a drink with friends, and catch live music every Friday & Saturday from 6:30 - 9 pm.
